Email forwarders are a useful way to redirect messages sent to one address to another, helping centralize communications or delegate access without revealing private inboxes.
To create a forwarder:
- Log into your cPanel.
- Go to Forwarders in the Email section.
- Click Add Forwarder, enter the address you want to forward from, and specify the destination email.
- Click Add Forwarder to save.
Forwarding can be used to route mail internally within a team or to an external address — just note that forwarded messages will not be stored unless configured to do so.
