If an email account is no longer needed, you can safely delete it from your hosting account to free up space and improve organization.

To do this:

1. Log into your cPanel.
2. Go to the Email Accounts section.
3. Find the email address you wish to delete and click Manage.
4. Scroll down and click Delete Email Account.

Keep in mind that deleting an email account will permanently erase all messages associated with it, so be sure to back up any important data before proceeding.
