Your involvement is essential, and we make it simple and structured. Here’s how we collaborate:

Initial Consultation
We’ll have a discovery call or chat to understand your business, goals, audience, and preferences.

Client Questionnaire
You’ll be asked to fill out a detailed questionnaire to help us clearly define the website structure, features, design style, color palette, content goals, and any specific requirements. This ensures we’re aligned before design begins.

Content Provision
You are responsible for providing all the necessary content, including text, images, product details, or videos, unless you choose to purchase our content creation services. We can guide you on what’s needed and offer support along the way.

Design Review & Feedback
You’ll review wireframes or mockups and provide feedback to help us fine-tune the design.

Revisions & Approval
We include a set number of revisions (outlined in your proposal). Once approved, we move to development and deployment.

Post-Launch Training (Optional)
If your site includes a content management system (CMS), we’ll offer training so you can confidently manage your website going forward.

We keep communication open throughout the project to ensure you’re involved, informed, and satisfied with every step.
