To set up email clients like Outlook, Mac Mail, or Thunderbird, you'll need to locate your email account settings first. These settings include the incoming and outgoing mail server details and your login credentials.

How to Find Email Settings in cPanel

  1. Log into your cPanel account.
  2. Navigate to the Email section and click Email Accounts.
  3. Locate the email account you want to configure and click Set Up Mail Client on the right.
  4. Scroll down to the Manual Settings section.

You'll see:

  • Secure SSL/TLS Settings
  • Non-SSL Settings
  • Username
  • Password
  • Incoming Server
  • Outgoing Server

Note: Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.

How to Find Email Settings in Webmail

  • Log in to Webmail using your email address and password.
