The transfer process for .EU domain names are slightly different than with other TLDs. As you will notice, the authorisation code for your .EU domain name is not listed in your Hosting Chilli client area account. This is because authorisation codes must be specifically requested at the registry level.

If you need you need your .EU authorisation code, please submit a support ticket where you include your Hosting Chilli account and the domain name(s) in question.

Once we verify domain and account ownership, we will request an authorisation code on your behalf for your domain. The authorisation code will then be viewable from within your domain's details page in your Hosting Chilli client area.
