Someone has stolen my name and fraudulently transferred my domain name to another registrar, can you help me get it back? Print

If your domain name has been fraudulently transferred from one registrar to another without your approval, you should contact the previous registrar and they will work with the new registrar and any other necessary organisations in order to retrieve your name.

If your name was registered with us/our partners and is now with another registrar, please log into your account and submit request through our Support Center. Please make sure to provide us with us much as possible information to enable us to start the investigation for you.
