Email filters are used to sort incoming emails directly into the corresponding folder. Let's take for example, you have an e-shop and it delivers emails with the subject "New Order." You can set up a folder called "New Orders" and have the emails go directly to that folder. Instead of having to sort through the emails everyday to find new orders you would then just have to go to the single folder where the email filter directs moved them.

Step 1.  Log into Webmail with your email address.
Step 2.  Click your email address on the top right of the screen.
Step 3.  Click Email Filters in the drop-down menu.
Step 4.  On the Email Filters page click the Create a New Filter button.
Step 5.  Enter a name for your filter in the first field.

Step 6.  In the Rules section, choose your options as needed. This will differ based on your specific needs. In my example, I am creating a filter for any email that contains "Sales confirmation" in the subject.

Step 7.  In the Actions section, click the drop-down menu and choose what you want to do with filtered emails. In my example, I want the emails delivered to a "Sales" folder.

Step 8.  Once you have chosen your filter settings, click the Create button.

You are finished when you see a message stating "You have successfully created a new filter. You can create another one now, or you can return to the filters list." You will also see your filter listed in the Current Filters section of the main Email Filters page.
